/internal/health
Health
Returns service health status. Used by the control-plane to monitor collab-plane
availability. This endpoint bypasses the circuit breaker — it always makes a real
HTTP call.
This endpoint does not require X-Internal-Secret authentication, as it is used
for unauthenticated liveness checks within the internal network.
